Orders & Delivery

How long does delivery take?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Standard UK delivery times will apply once your order has been shipped.

Do you offer free delivery?
We occasionally run free delivery promotions. Any current offers will be shown at checkout. At present we offer free standard shipping on purchases £50 & over.

Can I track my order?
If tracking is included with your chosen delivery service, you’ll receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently we primarily ship within the UK. If international shipping becomes available, updates will be shared on our website.

Candles

What wax do you use?
Our candles are hand-poured using quality soy wax for a clean, even burn and beautifully balanced scent throw.

How long do your candles burn for?
Burn times vary depending on size and product type. Approximate burn times are listed on each product page.

How do I get the best burn from my candle?
Allow the wax to melt evenly across the surface during the first burn, usually 2–4 hours depending on size. Trim the wick before each use.

Are your candles strongly scented?
Our fragrances are designed to be noticeable, balanced and luxurious without overpowering your space.

Room Fragrance & Wax Melts

How do I use room perfume?
Spritz 2–3 times into the air to instantly refresh your space. Avoid spraying directly onto fabrics or surfaces unless tested first.

How do I use wax melts?

Wax melts are a simple way to fill your home with beautiful fragrance — without a flame or wick.

What You’ll Need

  • A wax burner (tea light or electric)

  • Wick & Well wax melts

  • Tea light candle (if using a traditional burner)

How to Use

1. Add your wax melt
Place 1–2 wax melt pieces into the dish at the top of your burner, depending on the size of the burner and how strong you’d like the scent.

2. Heat the burner

  • Tea light burner: Place an unscented tea light underneath and light it.

  • Electric burner: Switch the burner on.

3. Enjoy the fragrance
As the wax melts, it releases a beautifully scented aroma that fills your space.

4. Reuse until scent fades
Wax melts can be reheated multiple times until the fragrance is no longer noticeable.

How to Change Your Wax

Once the wax has cooled and hardened:

  • Gently pop the wax out of the dish

  • Or slightly warm the base for a few seconds to loosen it

  • Wipe clean before adding a new scent

Safety Tips

  • Never leave a lit tea light unattended

  • Keep away from children and pets

  • Do not overfill the burner dish

  • Use only standard 4-hour unscented tea lights

  • Place on a heatproof surface
